The kids are going to have a Trike-A-Thon at school this Friday. Part of the fun is introducing safety in wearing helmets and other gear while riding a bicycle. The kids love
their new helmets!Elizabeth has her Princess helmet and elbow pads on. Evan has a Diego helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and is wearing his rescue pack just in case. To top off the day, we took the kids to Baskin Robins for $1 scoop ice cream. Elizabeth always wants pink ice cream, and Evan always wants blue ice cream. Baskin Robins has always carried Very Berry Strawberry, but sometimes blue ice cream is hard to come by. Currently, BR does not carry a blue ice cream, so Evan is content with a cup full of gummy bears (with a spoon of course).

We are TOTALLY going to have bike day at preschool this year. What a fun idea!
I am loving the new bikes and gear to go with it. Evan and Elizabeth are sure to be world class mountain bikers before too long, and you and all of your cycling classes wont be able to keep up with them!!!
